Our custom order design process.
Initial Contact
To start with ordering your custom jewelry piece reach out to us by filling out the custom design inquiry below.
Collaboration
After we discuss and completely understand what you want we will provide you with a quote for the project.
Design
We will share and collaborate with you to realize your dreams for your custom piece with you via phone or video consultation. Once the design is finalized and approved, we require a 50% deposit to begin production.
Production
After approved, we create a wax model, wherein we offer you the opportunity to review via photographs or an in-person appointment. This is where you can see your design in the semi-translucent wax version of your piece, which is then sent into physical production for 2-4 weeks.
Delivery
We will reach out to you once your piece is complete to schedule you for an in-person pickup or confirm your shipping address and clear your remaining balance before we ship out.
