In the case of an exchange for the same same item (exchanging for different size, color) shipping fees will not be charged. Exchanges for different items will have shipping fees applied.
We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
